2 pets maximum per apartment
One-time pet fee: $500
MAx weight of pets: 35 lbs.
Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet
Pet Policy: We are a pet friendly community! Per pet, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Please contact the leasing office for additional information.
